Robert G. Zunich is a director in the accounting and assurance services department. He has spent over 35 years serving as a trusted business advisor to privately-held businesses. Rob has a broad range of experience in business and accounting consultation, attest services, and corporate taxation. Prior to joining the firm, he was an owner in a smaller CPA practice. Prior to this position, he was employed by Coopers and Lybrand and Arthur Andersen & Co.
His employment with international, local, and regional accounting firms has given Rob a unique insight to professional services, and he is often asked by clients to serve as an “outsourced” CFO. In addition to traditional services, he is active in business valuations, dispute resolutions, due diligence, financing, merger and acquisitions, quality of earnings, and litigation support. His expertise spans many industries, including agriculture, construction, distributors, franchisees, manufacturing, not-for-profit, professional services, and retail.
