is the director in charge of the tax department. He has nearly thirty years
of experience specializing in S-corporation taxation, complex tax transactions, and corporate acquisitions and reorganizations. Larry’s
philosophy is to propose and implement creative and supportable federal, state, and local tax planning strategies. He has served as the
lead client service director for outsourced tax functions, including a two-year outsourcing project for a Fortune 500 company. He serves
as a trusted business advisor to many high net worth clients, who turn to him regularly for tax saving strategies, research, and general
business counsel. Larry’s keen understanding of the dynamics of family owned businesses coupled with his expertise in business and personal
taxation makes him a leader in serving closely held businesses. Larry and his team of professionals regularly serve as the “outsourced tax
