is a principal with Barnes Wendling Valuation Services, Inc., a
subsidiary of Barnes Wendling CPAs, Inc. Lou has been in public
accounting since 1991 and has focused exclusively on valuation and
litigation support service since 1996. He provides astute
financial insights to clients, attorneys and business owners who
want valuations of closely held businesses, litigation support and
advisory services. Lou’s area of concentration includes valuations
for purposes such as estate and gift tax planning, marital
dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, expert testimony and
