We are looking for a highly motivated tax expert in real estate and construction to take on a key role in growing our Tax Practice. We are currently seeking an ambitious, people-oriented, servant leader with drive and high aspirations who can elevate our firm culture and performance.  This position will professionally manage client relationships; assist in training and supervising junior staff; perform tax planning for high-net-worth clients; review corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns. Conducting tax research and presenting to the department on new tax legislation will be necessary. You will also assist in establishing policies to improve efficiency; mentor and train managers, seniors, and staff, represent the firm at networking events, and bring in new business.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Licensed CPA and active in the state of Ohio
  • 10 or more years of tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably at a regional firm)
  • Proficient with CCH tax software products
