CLEVELAND, OHIO, July 11, 2023 – Barnes Wendling CPAs has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer. Winners of the award were based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.
A list of the 214 winners can be found in this article, and includes companies, schools and non-profit organizations broken into large workplaces (with 500 to 999 employees), mid-size (with 150 to 499 employees) and small (149 employees and fewer). This year includes a new mega workplace category, which includes companies of 1,000 or more employees in the region.
The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.
