Mandi C. Raneri is a senior manager in the tax department and provides comprehensive tax and accounting services to clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and service enterprise areas. With over 10 years of experience, Mandi’s expertise includes working with closely held S and C corporations, partnerships, as well as high net-worth individuals. She is regularly called upon for both compliance and transaction-related international tax matters.  Mandi is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and completed its International Tax Certificate program, further strengthening her capabilities in advising clients on complex cross-border tax issues. She is also a QuickBooks advisor, and many of her clients rely on her expertise to help manage the books of their closely held businesses. 

Mandi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University and a Master of Taxation from the University of Akron.

She serves on the accounting advisory board of Hiram College, where she has also been an adjunct professor, sharing her expertise with future accountants.
